Hassle-Free Damaged Items Resolution
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@pureplaypaws.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by providing a full refund or a free replacement without requiring you to return the damaged item.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Smart Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, shipping time), please contact our support team. Because we ship from global fulfillment centers to keep prices low, international return shipping can be expensive and time-consuming for customers.
Our Recommendation: To save you time and the high cost of return shipping, we often offer generous partial refunds or store credit. This allows you to keep the product at a fraction of the cost while receiving a significant portion of your money back—no shipping back required.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exclusions
Customized products (such as personalized tags or items with custom names) and sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
