Frequently Asked Questions
How does this toy keep my cat from kicking couch pillows?
+
Cats naturally seek out elongated objects with good grip when they need to bunny-kick. Our 14.2-inch shape, irresistible prey-like rustling sounds, and organic catnip aroma give them an outlet that is vastly more rewarding to hug and kick than plain couch upholstery or expensive linen cushions.
Will the crinkle sound stop working after aggressive kicking?
+
Not at all! We use heavy-gauge, pet-safe crinkle film that retains its crisp crackling sound even after hundreds of kicks and bites. It bounces back and will not crumple into a dead ball like cheap cellophane.
How do I clean it when covered in cat hair or saliva?
+
For everyday maintenance, simply run a lint roller over the fluffy fleece to lift loose hair. For deeper cleaning, spot clean with a damp washcloth and mild pet-safe soap, then let it air dry completely in a well-ventilated spot to preserve the internal catnip and crinkle layers.
