The silicone cover peels down easily to form a bowl that my 30lb Pittie has absolutely no issues drinking from. Just a quick heads-up: once she’s done drinking, you do need to wipe off the excess water or dog drool from the silicone before folding it back down, since it becomes the exterior of the bottle. Overall, an incredibly convenient design!
